"With KCCure it's possible to make a difference every day, sharing knowledge and offering support."
Laura Loughlin joined KCCure in 2017. Prior to her cancer diagnosis in 2016, Laura took joy in both caring for her family as a single parent, and her challenging work as a IT Project Manager. With no history of kidney cancer in her family, and no symptoms, a diagnosis of stage 4 clear cell RCC was a surprise.
Committed to making some good come from her cancer diagnosis, Laura focuses on learning as much as possible about RCC and reaching out to support patients and families. With KCCure it’s possible to make a difference every day, sharing knowledge and offering support.
Laura lives in Massachusetts, with two children, an Australian Shepherd, two cats and a bearded dragon. She takes joy today from time spent with family and friends, and patient advocacy. Looking each day to make a difference.
